The New Lede, a nonprofit environmental news site created as a journalism initiative of the Environmental Working Group, officially launches today with the goal of spotlighting underreported stories affecting the planet and public health.
So many topics that aren't being effectively covered in this new world (order) of press censorship! What we are learning the hard way is the importance of understanding our microbiomes (both human and soil) and what foods we need to keep our immunity strong.
(Hint: Relying on big pharma for your personal health is no more of a solution than relying on agrichemical companies for healthy food!)
Ps - story tip. W war in Ukraine there’s concern that New Mexico will increase uranium mining which is done on Native People’s lands. They breathe in dust etc. and no one seems to care.
