It only takes a few seconds to calculate the trouble Monsanto is in…There are string cases in the mix of legacy cases and only Monsanto would think they’re going to win the all.

Simple math shows that in a best case scenario for Bayer/Monsanto winning ~90% of the 21,000 remaining legacy cases, which is high unlikely, the 10% lost at approximately $20M awarded to plaintiffs that won results in roughly $42B in damages.

So, let them talk all they want, but the reality is they’re fukt. It’ll just take 1 loss to wake them up and it is coming. The real question is whether shareholders will continue to believe the BS falling out of their mouths or apply the necessary pressure to resolve the issue - starting with the CEO.

Also, the ECHA assessment, once again, and like EPA’s, was based solely around glyphosate technical (pure glyphosate) and not the formulations, which are what people are exposed to in the real world. We know with certainty there is a synergistic increase in toxicity when Monsanto’s proprietary surfactants/adjuvants are added to glyphosate technical to makeup the formulations. There’s also a manufacturing by-product issue with the formulations.

So Bayer thinks that there should be no responsibility borne for its role in despoiling the food supply of the world with a proven, known cancer causing poison known as Roundup? Let's call this what it is; Sociopathic behavior, for which all the perpetrators of this crime against humanity should be vigorously prosecuted to the full extent of the law, and all profits derived from their noxious enterprise be seized and used to ameliorate the damage done, in addition to paying from their own pockets for the criminal acts they have perpetrated. Make an example of them.
