These corporations are protected through lobbying, connections with govt. agencies like the FDA they partner with, and the failing MSM they keep alive through their advertising. As you state they have been fudging these studies and hiding damaging information to get their products on the market with FDA approval, until enough profits are made when the FDA has to step in to shut it down, the lawyers can all get in on the act for their share in the profits, and the fines set up through any legislation controlled by the lobbyists and lawyers cause little damage to the profits or the company who is allowed to carry on as if nothing happened to market their next poisonous product on the masses they have no regard for what so ever.
