My worry on this is that if Monsanto loses any case, they'll then appeal and it will land before a Trump appointed judge, or a blatantly corrupt judge, who will then use the SCOTUS Chevron decision as a basis for ruling that Roundup is safe and the court cases are unwarranted—regardless of the overwhelming evidence and experts that deem glyphosate products are a huge deadly hazard.
