Seems like Mr. Grant has something to hide. If he has done nothing wrong, he will walk away a happy man. If he has been part of the problem, he can say goodby to his golden parachute money. Its time to hold criminally responsible CEO's feet to the fire. Death count should not be part of the bottom line.

Wow, Hugh Grant’s lawyers make it sound like he is the victim of some dark coverup gone horribly wrong. His attorneys evidently need to be reminded of who is suing who and why. He walked away with a massive bonus of that’s way higher than any payout to date after the acquisition.

Good for plaintiff attorneys though….they’ve got him on the run trying hide. No way a judge agrees with this argument as there’s an email from Grant ratifying Farmer and other Monsanto employees’ behavior and efforts that ultimately misled regulators and the public about Roundup’s carcinogenicity and general safety profile.

If a judge does somehow agree with this argument of inconvenience to the former CEO one would only have to follow the money to find out why. Unfortunately, that’s likely an impossible task.

This filing, to sum up in one word, is indicative of - desperation

Bring on the pitchforks to all sociopath CEO's who know and destroy life anyway. Instead of protecting the status quo, we must make ecocide a crime. Now. https://www.stopecocide.earth/

That is a very weak argument, made in a very strenuous manner. Sounds desperate.

If he harmed 11,000 people the pitchforks are well deserved.
