Court cites EPA's "inconsistent reasoning" and says agency failed to follow guidelines
Thanks for better news
If the 9th Circuit Court vacated the current EPA glyphosate registration as not meeting human and environmental federal law health risk assessment, and the EPA has refused to comply with the Court's October 2022 deadline for reassessment, does the current glyphosate registration set a legal precedent to waiver pesticide toxicity testing?
Fantastic news! What are the repercussions of this? It sounds like it will help in the ongoing litigation against Monsanto/Bayer. Anything else? Will it then go to the Supreme Court?
Thank you, Carey, for bringing this important update to our attention! Having read your book, and also Robert Bilott's book about Dupont, I hope even more people will wake up and stop this crime.
`Everyone is so concerned about climate change (as am I). Round-up is in our water, food and Lord knows where else. We need to speak with One Unified Voice.
The Supreme Court is in a pickle. They would have to contradict a plethora of other Judges at this point in order to side with Monsanto. I'm sure they will delay their decision as long as possible.
Vote them OUT!!!!!
